About Founder's

She did her diploma in Mental Retardation from NIMH Delhi in 1995-96, She is M.A. in Sociology, Special B.Ed. in MR, PGPCHI.

She has vast experience in the Special Education field. She has worked as special educator in Sahyog School Mandi, Chetna NGO Bilaspur, CRC Sunder Nagar and Presently she is posted as Incharge Day Care Center for MR Children Bhangrotu under SSA Mandi.

He is a graduate in Civil Engineering with PGPDRD. He has started his carrier as clerk in Rural Development Department on 20 th December,1994 and served in Block Office Sunder Nagar , Basantpur. He got married to Smt Sheetal Sharma on 10 th July,1999. He worked as senior assistant in DRDA Mandi & in Block Office Sunder Nagar before induction in HPFAS in March,2007. He worked as Section Officer in Education Department from September 2008 to September2014 at Kelong in District Lahaul & Spiti. He worked as Assistant Controller in HP Ex-servicemen Corporation, DC Office Mandi & Medical College Nerchowk. He is presently working as Deputy Controller in JICA Project of HP Forest Department in Shimla. He is blessed with two sweet daughters. His elder daughter is doing MBBS from Govt Medical College Hamirpur & younger daughter is in 10 th standard.
